The minimum weight to start cooperation is 20-30 kg. However, to optimize processes and costs, we recommend ordering batches of 100 kg or more.

We offer several delivery options depending on your needs:
• Air delivery: 15–21 days (the fastest option for urgent cargo).
• Rail (Train): 35–45 days.
• Sea delivery: 65–85 days (the most cost-effective option for large batches).
• Container shipping (customized): 45–55 days.

The cost depends on the chosen transport, weight, and volume of the cargo:
• Air: from $7.5 per kg.
• Rail: from $2.8 per kg.
• Sea: from $1 per kg.
• Full container: from $1000.

We offer full cargo insurance, which costs approximately 1-5% of the invoice amount. In case of loss or confiscation, we pay 100% of the declared value of the goods. If a client declines insurance, the basic compensation in case of loss is only $5-10 per kilogram.

Payment is divided into two transparent stages:
1. Payment for goods: 100% prepayment to the supplier before work begins.
2. Payment for logistics: made upon the cargo's arrival in Ukraine (Kyiv). We accept various payment methods: cash, USDT (cryptocurrency), and non-cash payment for individual entrepreneurs and LLCs.

Yes. Financial transactions are part of our service ecosystem. If you encounter difficulties with currency transfers to suppliers, we act as a trading partner and can handle all necessary payments and product buyouts on your behalf.

We operate a transparent insurance system. If the cargo is insured (insurance cost is approximately 1-5% of the invoice amount), in case of loss or confiscation, we pay 100% of the declared value of the goods. If the client chooses not to insure the cargo, the basic compensation will be 5-10 dollars per kilogram of weight.

No, customs clearance is already included in the transportation cost.

Absolutely. We have our own inspectors in China. We offer product inspection directly at our warehouse (recounting, model verification, checking completeness and damage), or our employee can visit the supplier's factory/plant for a detailed production inspection even before shipment.

Unlike conventional carriers, we offer businesses a comprehensive, turnkey solution. Our ecosystem includes: sourcing reliable suppliers, financial product buyouts, factory inspections, proprietary warehouses in China and Ukraine, professional packaging, international logistics, and customs clearance (brokerage services). You don't need to search for different contractors for each stage.

Yes. We select professional and optimal packaging based on the fragility of the goods. If you order bulky items (such as furniture or chairs), our warehouse staff in China arrange the boxes to minimize empty space, ensuring you don't overpay for excess volume during transportation.
