From a few hours to 3 months. Short-term storage is for goods in transit or awaiting customs clearance. Medium-term (up to 3 months) is for accumulating and consolidating shipments from multiple suppliers.
What is the difference between Class A and Class B warehouses?
Class A warehouses are single-story structures with ceilings over 10 meters, featuring a fire suppression system, air conditioning, and security alarms. Class B warehouses use quality materials, have ceilings up to 8 meters, a fire extinguishing system, and 24/7 security. Both classes are suitable for most product categories.
Can cargo be stored while awaiting customs clearance?
The warehouse in China holds the cargo while customs documents are being prepared. Once clearance is complete, the goods are immediately dispatched or consolidated with other shipments — without additional movements.
How will I know the status of my cargo in the warehouse?
We send daily reports: number of items, packaging condition, temperature, and humidity in the storage area. Photo reports from the storage location are available upon request.
