When is the final inspection conducted?
After the batch is manufactured and before the cargo is handed over to the carrier — while the goods are still at the warehouse or factory in China.
What is included in the photo report?
Photos of every inspected parameter: appearance, packaging, labeling, identified defects, and quantitative indicators.
What happens if defects are found?
We notify you and halt the shipment. You then decide whether to demand a replacement, rework, or a recalculation of the cost from the supplier.
Which products require final inspection?
For any shipment from China — clothing, electronics, toys, furniture, sports equipment. It is especially important when placing the first order with a new supplier.
