We pick up the cargo from the supplier, check quantity and condition. We record photos and videos before dispatch.
PACKAGING AND LABELING
We package according to the requirements of the chosen transport type. We label each shipping unit.
DOCUMENTS
We prepare the full package: bill of lading or air waybill, packing list, invoice, and customs declarations.
INSURANCE
Comprehensive cargo insurance — chosen by the client. We cover risks of damage, theft, and loss.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
We clear customs in Ukraine. No delays due to incorrectly prepared documents on our part.

How do I choose between air and sea freight for my cargo?
If deadlines are critical, air freight (12–21 days). If the batch is large and there's enough time, sea freight (50–60 days) is significantly cheaper. We'll help you choose.
Is insurance required for general cargo?
It's not mandatory, but we recommend it. We offer comprehensive insurance that covers damage, theft, and total loss of cargo.
Who handles customs clearance in Ukraine?
We prepare a full package of documents and handle customs control. The cargo is handed over to you after customs clearance.
What is included in your "turnkey" service?
