What happens if customs confiscates the cargo?
If the cargo is insured, we pay 100% of its declared value. This is stipulated in our terms and conditions.

If the cargo was shipped without insurance, only standard compensation of $5-10 per 1 kg of weight is provided, which most often does not cover the risks of customs confiscation.
Is cargo insurance mandatory?
Insurance is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it for your financial security.

Without insurance, only the carrier's basic liability applies, whereas full insurance guarantees 100% compensation in case of loss, damage, or confiscation of the cargo.
How do you guarantee the integrity of fragile goods?
We ensure the physical integrity of the cargo through control at our own warehouses in China.

Our specialists inspect the goods on-site (taking photos/videos and measurements), after which they ensure high-quality and reliable packaging (crating, pallet board). This minimizes the risk of damage to the goods during international transportation by 99%.
How quickly is compensation paid?
In case of force majeure, your request is processed immediately, and the payment issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
Can the shipping cost change?
